The Bank has one President, nominated by the Chairman and appointed or dismissed by the Board of Directors. The Bank has several Vice Presidents, nominated by the President and appointed or dismissed by the Board of Directors. The Bank's President, Vice Presidents, Assistant Presidents, Chief Financial Officer, Board Secretary, and other personnel designated by the Board of Directors constitute the Bank's senior management. The qualifications of senior management members are subject to review and approval by the National Administration of Financial Regulation. The term of office for the President and other senior management members is three years, with the possibility of reappointment upon re-election. An exit audit is required upon their departure.
The Bank's senior management team oversees the following committees: Credit Approval Committee, Comprehensive Risk Management and Related Party Transactions Control Committee, Asset and Liability Management Committee, Information Technology Management Committee, Non-Performing Assets Management Committee, Consumer Rights Protection Committee, Financial Review Committee, Centralized Procurement Management Committee, Credit Risk Management Committee, and Responsibility Determination Committee.
