Processing Procedure
1. Harbin Bank will set the credit limit for the importer based on their application, taking into account their repayment ability, performance record, and guarantee conditions. This limit is managed by balance and can be used cyclically, allowing the importer to avoid paying the full or partial letter of credit guarantee deposit within this limit. If the importer does not have an approved credit limit in advance, individual credit review methods may be used.
2. Harbin Bank processes the importer's letter of credit application, utilizing the credit limit (or single credit) to issue the letter of credit.
3. Harbin Bank receives the documents submitted by the exporter under the letter of credit, verifies them, and makes payment on behalf of the importer while returning the limit.
